Your desire is not something to be ashamed of. It is life force pointing you somewhere. Admit what you truly want.
Shadow to watch
Chasing wants that don't nourish you.
Try this
Finish the sentence: 'What I truly want is…'
Love & relationships
It's okay to want closeness, attention, or a deeper commitment. Name what you really want in love, first to yourself and then, if it feels right, to the other person. Also notice whether this person actually makes you feel cared for.
Work & money
Your ambition is a signal, not a flaw. What kind of work do you actually want to be doing? Admit it, even if it sounds too big. Then check that you're chasing the goal itself, not just a title or a number that won't satisfy you.
Yourself
Finish this sentence: "What I truly want is..." Write whatever comes, without editing. Desire is life force, and hiding it takes a lot of energy. Once you can say it plainly, you can start moving toward it, even in small steps.
